The Quest

The Quest is a rites of passage experience for men aged 18-25. It is aimed at young men who want to more fully understand who they are and what they want from life.

By way of an unique imaginative and emotional process, a young man undergoes a shared, supported and individual 2 day Mythodrama that serves to marks as a transition to manhood. In a natural environment through absorbing activities and provocative engagement each gains insight into his own mental, spiritual and emotional strengths and their underpinnings and is validated in his identity. The programme also enables young men to access support and wisdom from positive older males, all of whom are available to assist the young men in the future. Ongoing active mentoring ensures these lessons are not lost over time.

Mythodrama is an exciting new form of experiential learning. It draws on the shamanic origins of theatre to enable participants to live through initiatory stories and to personally embody new found knowledge in a powerful and memorable way.
